Closing celebration: Michael and the Dragon

We were also really thrilled to find out, via one of our campers, that there is an official celebration around the end of september; Michaelmas. Most importantly, it involves a Dragon. This is the interpretation of Waldorf. Awesome.

This celebration, starting in the Middle Ages as a harvest festival, symbolizes and honors good triumphing over evil, courage over cowardice. A story that is relatable to all people; somehow we must find the courage and strength to prevail difficulties in our life.

This weekend we will be facing our dragons and be courageous.

It will be based on the same concept of the opening weekend: you can book for a minimum of 2 nights. You leave the comment ‘Dragon’. When sending in your request it will show you the full price, but in our final confirmation you will see that you can stay for free. In exchange we ask for 3-4 hours a day to help us out prepare the campsite for wintertime.

More info will follow, although we will have to shape this event for the first time together.

If the theme triggers you and you might already have ideas to contribute during the weekend, feel the courage to send us an email.
Or of course, simply make your reservation and we will see you then.
